This matched-method policy is applied to protect against money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- 2.3Processing TimeWithdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. kw777 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure.
- 2.4Refused Transactionskw777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or related to prohibited activity. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation.
- 2.5Currency & ConversionAll Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kw777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by kw777 for BDT transactions processed through supported local payment methods.
Bonuses & Promotions
kw777 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
- 3.1Wagering RequirementsAll bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within any stated validity period; unused bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will expire automatically.
- 3.2Bonus EligibilityWelcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. A player who has previously held an Account on kw777 — under any identity — is not eligible for a new player welcome bonus. kw777 reserves the right to withhold a bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player is not eligible.
- 3.3Bonus AbuseAny attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a kw777 promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (commonly referred to as arbitrage or bonus-hunting), or any other method kw777 deems to be abusive — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
- 3.4Promotion Amendmentskw777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect wagers already placed under the original promotion terms at the time those wagers were placed.
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
Players using kw777 agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- 4.1Fraudulent ActivityUsing stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing fraudulent identification documents; misrepresenting your identity, age, or location; and any activity intended to defraud kw777 or other players.

- 4.5Abusive BehaviourUsing threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language directed at kw777 support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform, including live chat, email, or social media.
Responsible Gaming & Age Verification
kw777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:
- 5.1Deposit LimitsPlayers may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account through the responsible gaming section of their Account dashboard. Account Suspension & Termination
kw777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following circumstances may result in Account suspension or termination:
- 6.1Terms ViolationAny breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple Accounts, engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5, or failing to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
- 6.2Suspected Fraud or AbuseWhere kw777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player's Account is being used for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, kw777 may suspend the Account pending investigation without prior notice to the Player.
- 6.3Player-Initiated ClosureA Player may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting kw777 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kw777 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and multimedia content — is the property of kw777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
